Residence Life hiring peer mentors for next school year

UAF's Department of Residence Life is currently seeking individuals interested in applying to become Peer Mentors for the 2021-2022 academic year. This student tutoring position comes with a single-room housing scholarship, a discounted meal plan, and an extremely flexible schedule. The minimum qualifications to apply are as follows:

• Full-time student


• In good academic and disciplinary standing


• Have and maintain a cumulative and semester GPA of 3.0


• Have completed or enrolled in a majority of required core classes


• Have the ability to relate to students of diverse backgrounds and well-developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with others.
