Ribbon-cutting for children's museum exhibit

The public is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the University of Alaska Museum of the North at noon on Saturday, Oct. 5, to welcome the Fairbanks Children’s Museum.

Interactive exhibits that inspire discovery and the power of play will be featured in the museum’s auditorium through April 30. The children’s museum will also offer field trips and birthday parties.
