Salary compensation study

Question 1: Now that we have received the results of the salary compensation study,
what are the next steps that are going to be taken? Are there going to be job family
reclassifications to prevent this in the future? Will departments be given additional
funding to provide increases to those that are grossly underpaid?
Question 2: What is the process for the compensation study? I understand there was
some money set aside for it? How will that come into effect for those who are due
an increase?
