Webley will discuss his research, and his tracking equipment and use of Google Earth for visualizing real-time satellite data, in his free lecture and learning session, “The World From Above: Natural Hazards in Alaska,” at 7 p.m. Monday, July 26. The event is part of the Monday Marvels series, a free hands-on session and lecture series presented by UAF Summer Sessions & Lifelong Learning and the Alaska Summer Research Academy.

All events are held in 201 Reichardt on UAF campus. Sessions are taught by ASRA faculty, cover a wide range of scientific topics, and are free. For information call 474-7077 or visit www.uaf.edu/summer.
