Seminar will explore change in Mississippi valley

The Institute of Arctic Biology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks hosts a weekly Life Science Hour every Friday during the academic year. Seminars are free and open to the public.
The Aug. 28 seminar is "Forest and Wetland Change in the Mississippi Alluvial Valley," by Sammy King, leader of the U.S. Geological Survey Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit and affiliate faculty member at Louisiana State University.
