Shuttle tracker status

Question 1: What's the status of the UAF Shuttle Tracker system? I understand it's been turned off because it was too expensive. Will an alternate system be online by fall? The tracker is a tremendously useful service which helps maximize efficient use of time when the need arises to get around campus!

Question 2: I heard the trackers will no longer be used because they cost $20,000 a month. Is this true?
