Spring snow removal

Starting Sunday, March 3, Facilities Services will begin clearing hard pack snow from all Fairbanks campus parking lots. Lots will be posted, and towing will be enforced. Avoid having your vehicle towed by paying attention to the following:


  • If you’re leaving campus for spring break, please park your vehicle in the Nenana or Taku lot.

  • Department vehicles can also be parked in the Nenana and Taku lot for the week if needed.

  • Academic lots will be posted 24 hours prior to cleaning.

  • Residence Hall lots will be posted 48 hours before cleaning.
