Essentials of statistics with spss workshop flyerRegistration has been extended to noon on Friday, April 12.

Learn about IBM SSSP — a powerful and user-friendly software for data analysis — at a BLaST-funded workshop Saturday, April 13, from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The workshop will be held in the Instructional Micro Computer Lab (Room 301) in the Rasmuson Library. All faculty, staff, and graduate and undergraduate students from any field of study with limited or no background in probability and statistics may sign up. Learn about:




  • Understanding the layout and basics of SPSS,

  • Creating datasets in SPSS,

  • Exploring and creating graphs with your existing data from your research projects.


This activity will provide instruction and one-on-one consultation in applied statistics. No laptop is needed. Register online by noon Friday, April 12.
