Strategic enrollment planning update

The Strategic Enrollment Planning Steering Committee and leadership team met in late
March to review the second round of action plans submitted by the working groups,
discuss additional data needs and facilitate the next steps for the action plans submitted
thus far.
The goals for the visit were to:
- Review the second wave of action plan drafts.
- Discuss revisions to the first wave of action plans.
- Continue with early strategy prioritization.
- Identify any additional data needs at this stage of the project.
- Confirm the third wave of strategies for action plan development to review in April.
The next steering committee meeting will take place on May 15 and 17.
