Strategic Plan video trailer: Intellectual property and commercialization

The second video trailer in the Strategic Plan series is goal 4, "Transform UAF’s intellectual property development and commercialization enterprise." You can watch the trailer now, and look for the full video to be released soon. There is time to give feedback through May 7 on this goal, which you can do from the Strategic Plan goals webpage.

The Strategic Planning Committees have been working for months to prepare recommendations for the six goals that will help move UAF into its second century. Over the next two weeks, a video on each goal will be released that gives an overview of the vision of what UAF can become in each of these areas:

• Modernizing the student experience

• Solidifying our global leadership in Alaska Native and Indigenous programs

• Achieving Tier 1 research status

• Transforming UAF’s intellectual property development and commercialization enterprise

• Embracing and growing a culture of respect, diversity, inclusion and caring
  


• Revitalizing key academic programs, from occupational endorsements to Ph.D.s
