Student stress and coping workshop series in January

"Taking Charge of Your Headspace" is back at Student Health and Counseling! This is
a stress and coping workshop for students held virtually Tuesdays from noon-1 p.m.
This workshop series is a great fit for anyone who would like to learn the basics
of stress management or incorporate new approaches to improve their ability to cope
with adversity and manage stress with resilience.
