Survey: New course, program approval process

A faculty and staff work group will begin a process improvement project May 9 and 10 designed to understand and enhance the new course and program approval process. The work group would like to learn about your experience using this process to inform their efforts to make it more efficient and user-friendly.



Please complete this short survey to help the work group understand where you have experienced challenges and successes with this process. The survey closes at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 7. At the end of this survey, you will be asked for your contact information should the work group want additional information or clarification on your comments. If you choose to provide your contact information, it will be provided to the work group. If you do not provide your contact information, your comments will be shared anonymously.
