'Tangerine' showing Nov. 8

The Nanook Diversity and Action Center will host a screening of "Tangerine" at 6 p.m. Nov. 8 in the Wood Center ballroom.The film tells the story of a transgender woman who, after getting out of jail, learns her boyfriend is cheating on her and seeks to teach him a lesson.
An innovative and technological work of art, this 2015 comedy-drama was filmed entirely with three iPhone 5s smartphones. It premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.
