Why is there a push to use Tapingo when it doesn't work?
I made an order on Tapingo last week and paid for it online. Once I got there to pick
up I was told what I ordered was not something available. I then said I wanted a refund
to which then I was told they don't provide refunds and I'd have to dispute it with
Tapingo. I've contacted Tapingo to try and get a refund which they are also telling
me no.
Why can someone make an order for something Wood Center does not provide, not only
that but also not be able to get a refund?
I'm now out $14.50 for nothing with no help from Dining Services or Tapingo.
