Training for 25Live space scheduling software

May 4, 2021

University Relations

Starting in June, UAF’s scheduling system, Ad Astra, will be replaced by 25Live for scheduling, maintaining and updating locations at UAF’s Troth Yeddha’ Campus and CTC, as well as for tracking space utilization.

Effective classroom scheduling is critical to UAF's academic mission. Event scheduling is also integral, and allows the community, outside vendors, visitors, camps and festivals to be part of UAF.

The Office of the Registrar and 25Live will give in-depth instruction and demonstrations on how to use the software.

The basic user sessions on May 13 and May 18 will cover navigation, searching, event submission, and review and approval workflows.

If you are part of your department’s team that creates and approves use of a space, or if you are part of the team that approves event forms, please plan to take part in the two-part advanced schedulers training sessions on May 19 and 20.
