UA Press book portrays Alaska's fishing and hunting legends

The University of Alaska Press has released “Alaska’s Greatest Outdoor Legends: Colorful
Characters Who Built the Fishing and Hunting Industries,” by Doug Kelly.
"Alaska’s Greatest Outdoor Legends" depicts outstanding fishing and hunting guides,
wilderness lodge pioneers, daring bush pilots, talented journalists, trailblazing
biologists and others. The book offers remarkable historical perspectives, colorful
anecdotes and new insights. Many of the images — discovered in family archives — have
never been published.
