UA State of the University address Feb. 28

The University of Alaska will host viewing parties for President Jim Johnsen’s State
of the University address at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, 2020. Johnsen will be the
luncheon keynote speaker at the sixth Annual AlaskaCAN! Educational Equity Conference
at the Marriott Anchorage Downtown.
Viewing parties will be held at each university at the following locations:
- UAF — BP Design Theater, ELIF 401
- UAA — Consortium Library LIB 307
- UAS — Egan Library 104
- Statewide administration — Butrovich Room 109 and in the Bragaw Office Building Room 205
The livestream of the speech will begin at 12:30 p.m. All members of the university community are encouraged to tune in. Following the
event, the transcript and recorded video will be available online.
