UA System directory updates needed

UA Public Affairs is updating the UA systemwide directory. Please review your eDir directory information by June 10. If you are an administrative contact, please update the people in your department. This is a summer update and will only affect the online pdf directory, so employees off-contract for the summer will have another opportunity to update their listing when a printed version is produced in the fall.

Changes to your listing must be made in eDIR, the UA Enterprise Directory, a Banner-fed searchable, online database. For first names, eDIR uses the Preferred First Name from Banner. If you wish eDIR and the directory to reflect something other than your legal first name, you can change it by logging into UA Online and going to Personal Information, then choosing Preferred First Name.

The system directory lists campus leadership, deans, directors, department heads as well as system office employees. If you would like a copy and do not normally receive one, please email uapublications@alaska.edu and to be added to the mailing list.
