A new website for UA Statewide's state legislative advocacy efforts is available at www.alaska.edu/state.

From the site, you can:

• Sign up to receive the regular Capitol Report by Chris Christensen, UA's associate vice president for state relations, via the supportUA-L list serve.


• Learn of important dates for committee hearings and other events.


• Find legislative contacts, committee information and links to legislation UA is tracking.


• Download and print helpful one-page information sheets on budget requests and priorities of the UA Board of Regents.
