UAF CTC Culinary Arts chair spends a week at sea with U.S. Navy

Michael Roddey, CTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality chair spent a week at sea with the U.S. Navy as part of the Adopt-a-Chef program. This is the second time Roddey has volunteered for the program, donating his time and expertise aboard a U.S. naval vessel. Read more.
