Complete wellness work to be entered in prize drawings

Need a little extra incentive to wrap up your wellness program stuff? As you head
into spring break, remember that the wellness deadline is April 30, 2017.
Completing a personal health assessment, receiving a biometric screening and earning
another five wellness points will save you $600 (per eligible individual) on your
health care contributions during fiscal year 2018. That’s a great incentive by itself,
but if you can complete those early, by March 31, you will also be entered to win one
of the following:
- Fifteen $200 Visa gift cards, with one drawn from the eligible individuals at each of UA's 15 campuses.
- Forty $50 Visa gift cards, drawn from all eligible individuals.
Any employee, spouse or financially interdependent partner who is currently covered by the UA Choice Plan will be eligible for this drawing. All that you need to do is complete the program requirements in your Healthyroads account by March 31, and we will take care of the rest.
Campus biometric events have started and will continue to run through the end of March. If you have not yet made an appointment, you can find the schedule and all details provided on the UA benefits/wellness page. Scroll down until you see "Biometrics Screening Information." If you are unable to make the event at your campus, alternate biometric options are also provided within the same section on the web page.
