Volunteers needed for I Know I Can program

Editor's note: A second date has been added to this program, for Nov. 27 from 9:15-10:15 a.m. at Ladd Elementary. Volunteers are still needed for Ladd. The North Pole program has enough volunteers — thank you!

The Financial Aid Department is looking for volunteers to visit North Pole Elementary on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. and at Ladd Elementary on Wednesday, Nov. 27, from 9:15-10:15 a.m. Volunteers will read and discuss the "I Know I Can" children's book to second-graders and lead a short discussion about their career. Students will create postcards with their dream career while the volunteers will help with brainstorming and spelling.
