Tina Buxbaum named ACCAP program manager

Tina Buxbaum has been named the new ACCAP program manager. Buxbaum has a wealth of experience, including four years as project
manager for the Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) and a Master's degree
in Natural Resources Management from UAF.
