Which student workers are Title IX responsible employees?

Are student workers "responsible employees" with regard to reporting suspected Title IX violations or sexual misconduct?

I was just looking at one of the contract letters we give our student workers, and it says, "You are a 'responsible employee' under Title IX." So is it the case that all student workers are "responsible employees," or is it just certain ones? Are there any categories of UAF employee that are not "responsible"? And does this mean that we have to make each one take the employee-grade Title IX training?
