WIN for Alaska offering flu vaccinations Oct. 8 - 9

Flu shot vaccinations will be given on the Fairbanks campus Oct. 8 - 9. The cost is
$25. UA employees and dependents over the age of 18 can get the vaccine at:
- 8:30 a.m. - noon, Monday, Oct. 8 in the IARC Lobby
- 9:30 a.m. - noon, Tuesday, Oct. 9 in the Rasmuson Library Kayak room (room 408)
Vaccinations will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is necessary. This year's flu shot is a combination vaccine of seasonal flu and H1N1. Payments must be made by cash or check. You will get a receipt to send to your insurance for reimbursement, as your UA Choice Preventive benefits cover immunizations. For your convenience, Premera Blue Cross reimbursement forms will be available.
