Women's sizes at the bookstore

Why are the women's clothes at the bookstore sized so small? I usually wear a size small at other stores but at the bookstore I have to buy a large and even that is pretty fitted. Any woman size 12 or higher pretty much can't buy women's clothes there. And men's shirts just don't fit right. Can women please get better options for UAF clothing that are sized appropriately?
