The Alaska Native Language Center at the University of Alaska Fairbanks will host a daylong workshop on language connections between Central Siberia and North America.

The workshop will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 24 in the Brooks Building and will be available via webcast.

It will be followed by a public lecture Tuesday, March 27 at 7 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium on the UAF campus. The lecture will feature Edward Vajda of Western Washington University.
