CFOS Seminar: Ocean acidification in Alaska

The next College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences seminar is on Wednesday, Oct. 27, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. via Zoom. The speaker is Natalie Monacci, who is the head of the Ocean Acidification Research Center at CFOS.

"Impact of Ocean Acidification in Alaskan Waters"

 The Ocean Acidification Research Center monitors the intensity, duration, and extent of ocean acidification in Alaska, which is caused by increased carbon dioxide in the water and can negatively affect marine species.
