Guided Conversations: Conducting difficult discussions
Navigating new opportunities or conflict at work can be challenging. University of Alaska Human Resources is hosting “Guided Conversations” sessions to help connect you to your largest work resource, your peers. The topic for March is “Courageous Conversations: Conducting the Discussions You Are Scared Of.”
These participant-led sessions, which will be from 11 a.m.-noon March 17 and 2-3 p.m. March 23, are held to offer employees an avenue to share in successes and collaborate in areas of opportunity with co-workers. Is there a process or strategy that works well for you that you would like to share with other teams, or have an issue or questions that you would like to collaborate about?
These will be conversations, not trainings. Please come with areas you would like to explore and an open mind. We look forward to chatting with you. If you have questions to be addressed prior to the session please submit those suggestions here.
Please sign up via myUA at least one day in advance and we will send you the zoom information for the session. If you have any questions or technical difficulties please contact Tasha Leach at 907-450-8178 or tmevans@alaska.edu.
