Guided Conversations: performance management

University of Alaska Human Resources is hosting the ongoing “Guided Conversations” sessions to help connect you to your largest work resource, your peers! February’s topic is “Performance management: Managing your own or others’ performance.”

Sessions will be held on Feb. 15, 11 a.m.-noon (for supervisors) and Feb. 23, 2-3 p.m. (for employees). Please come with areas you would like to explore and an open mind. Sign up via myUA, at least one day in advance and you will be sent Zoom information for the session.

The participant-led “Guided Conversations” sessions are held to offer employees an avenue to share successes and collaborate in areas of opportunity with co-workers. Is there a process or strategy that works well for you that you would like to share with other teams, or an issue or questions that you would like to collaborate about?
