HR offering performance evaluation workshops

University of Alaska Human Resources will host several workshops about how to complete a performance evaluation using myUA. Attendees will learn about performance evaluation best practices and how to keep up with this process throughout the year using the tools provided in myUA. Labor and employee engagement specialist Kelley Lassey will be facilitating sessions from March to June. Visit the HR Training and Development website to register at least one day in advance.
