Information available for study abroad programs
Information will be available at two UAF locations on April 19 for students interested in studying abroad.
International Studies Abroad, through UAF Study Away Programs, will host a table at the south Wood Center entrance between noon and 4 p.m. An informational session will also be held at 4-5 p.m. in Gruening 303.
ISA's mission is to ignite personal growth through a wide range of affordable education abroad opportunities with a commitment to exceptional support for all participants. Since 1987, ISA has facilitated cultural discovery and learning through partnerships with host institutions for over 100,000 students.
Education abroad programming is available in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Pacific, providing a range of study abroad, internship abroad and service-learning opportunities.
Most UAF scholarships can be used to cover the costs of the program and credits earned will come in to UAF as resident credit. More information can be found at studyabroad.uaf.edu or by calling 907-474-6516.
