Jessica Skipper, student success systems administrator at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, was recognized as the winner of EAB's Student Success Collaborative-Excellence in Technology Administration Award.

Skipper was recognized as an individual who has shown exceptional dedication to improving their university's technology configurations and best practices, and who goes above and beyond in their commitment to student success through the help of EAB technology.

Skipper works extensively with the Nanook Navigate mobile app, which is a mobile advisor that assists students from admissions to graduation by connecting them with instructors, support staff, and peers across UAF and our rural campuses. The app also supports engagement and collaboration through the embedded student success features.
