Kate Juneau new Chartwells catering manager

Chartwells is pleased to announce Kate Juneau is the new Catering Manager for UAF. Juneau has worked in the hospitality industry for 26 years with a focus in culinary arts and a passion to serve others. Previously, she was the head chef of the catering department at Rollins College in Orlando, Florida.

Juneau comes to UAF with her husband of 20 years and one of their two college-age children who be a freshman this year at UAF with a focus in music composition and theater. Although they have only been in Fairbanks for a month, Juneau said they have had a blast venturing out, meeting new people, and exploring the area.
