New cell phone? Set up the Duo mobile app!

Welcome back to class!

If you’ve been gifted a new phone or are treating yourself to a well-deserved upgrade, remember to configure the Duo mobile app now that you’ve returned to campus.

If you are keeping the same phone number, but enrolling a new phone as an MFA device with the Duo mobile app, then you can use the Call Me option to authenticate through the Duo prompt. This will call the number you previously provided, ringing your new phone in the process. Read through these detailed instructions on how to enroll your new phone.
