R1 forum to detail workshop results

Chancellor Dan White will host an R1 forum on Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 1-2 p.m. in the Davis Concert Hall and online via UAF’s YouTube channel. The event will focus on the results of the recent R1 strategy workshop that drew more than 60 UAF students and employees.

During the workshop, facilitated by Agnew::Beck Consulting, participants explored the benefits of achieving R1 status, UAF’s strengths and challenges, and how to engage the full UAF community in the R1 effort. White, together with others spearheading UAF’s R1 efforts, will share the main themes of those discussions and how they could contribute to UAF’s success in achieving R1 status.

The forum will include time for audience questions. All members of the UAF community are encouraged to attend.
