September training spotlight: Cybersecurity

As part of the phased, enterprise-wide Security Awareness effort launched in 2023, UA HR Talent Acquisition and Development team is supporting UA Office of Information Technology's effort to make all faculty and staff aware of the annual, mandatory requirement for Security Awareness Training. The deadline for this training is Oct. 31, 2024.

The need for this training is driven not only by the increasing frequency, creativity and severity of phishing attacks targeting UA stakeholders, but also by regulatory compliance obligations that mandate Security Awareness Training be performed regularly.
