Three Minute Thesis deadline is Feb. 7

Registration closes on Monday, Feb. 7, for the UAF campus-wide Three Minute Thesis competition. 3MT allows students to promote their academic and professional communication skills and share their work with a broad audience.

Participating in a 3MT competition increases students' capacity to explain their scholarship while engaging (and entertaining) a general audience. Preliminary heats will be held on Feb. 17, with the top two finalists competing in the finals on Feb. 24, where cash prizes will be awarded to the winners.
