UAF Summer Sessions offering ballroom dance class for couples

Daniel Ponickly teaches Actors Movement for the UAF Film and Performing Arts program. He is the Artistic Director of the Dance Education Project and former Performing Arts Specialist with the Los Angeles County Office of Education. His dance work includes “Mad Hot Ballroom,” “Mona Lisa Smile,” and the Academy Awards.

He will be teaching an eight-session class for couples on Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 4-27, from 7-8 p.m. in the SRC. Let Daniel guide you through the steps and techniques of simple and fun lead-and-follow partner dancing with your partner or a friend! The cost is $150 per couple - all couples welcome!
