UAF's new events platform, calendar

Starting on Monday, Sept. 11, UAF will be using 25Live, a one-stop platform for planning and publicizing events at UAF.  

The 25Live platform will allow campus event planners to fill out a single form to request space, initiate the events approval process and submit items to the UAF events calendar and Cornerstone newsletters. UAF employees and students can submit events by visiting the 25Live landing page and logging in using their UA username and password. A form for members of the public to request space is being created. The old UAF events form and calendar submission form will be retired.

In addition to streamlining the event-planning process, 25Live will create a single comprehensive UAF events calendar with upcoming student, employee and public events in one place. Once an item is published on the calendar, it will automatically be submitted to the Cornerstone. There will be no need to do a separate Cornerstone submission.
