Undergraduate student research, creative, and scholarly experience survey
The Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Activity wants to hear about your experiences at UAF conducting undergraduate research, creative, and/or scholarly projects. This 10-minute survey will help us improve access to and support processes for students seeking out similar opportunities in the future.
In exchange for completing the survey, you will be entered into a drawing for one of three available $100 cash prizes.
Surveys will be collected Monday, Feb. 19 through March 1, 2024.
You are eligible to participate in this survey if you meet the following criteria:
- You are currently enrolled in a UAF undergraduate degree-seeking program. (Degree-seeking Programs: Occupational Endorsement, Certificate, Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree)
- You are at any of the affiliated Campuses: Bristol Bay, Chukchi, Community and Technical College, Troth Yeddha’, Interior Alaska, Kuskokwim, Northwest Campuses
We encourage participation from all eligible undergraduate students:
- In-person or distance student from any discipline: Arts, Humanities, STEM, Interdisciplinary, Undeclared/Exploratory, etc.,
- Students from all years of study (Freshman-Senior)
- All undergraduate students whether or not they have ever or will choose to engage in or complete an undergraduate research, creative, or scholarly project on campus
Privacy Notes: Individual survey answers will remain private within the URSA Office. Aggregate results or findings from this survey may be used internally to UAF, but your name and/or identifying features will not be made public. Project mentors will not have access to individual answers submitted through this survey. Your participation in this study is voluntary.
