With every registration there will be an additional option to attend the dinner on Thursday March 2nd.

The dinner options are:

• Salmon Bernaise (Baked Alaska Sockeye Salmon topped with a bernaise sauce alongside rice and Chef's vegetables).
• Pot Roast (The American classic, roasted slowly, braised with onions and carrots until falling apart in a wonderful savory broth served with baby baker potatoes and Chef's vegetables).
• Stuffed Bell Peppers (Fresh seasonal vegetables sauteed and deglazed with white wine, then tossed with warm wild quinoa or white rice then stuffed and baked in a fresh pepper).
