Startups, Learn How to Work with National Labs
Join Sandia National Labs, Center ICE, the Cold Climate Housing Research Center and the U.S. Department of Energy Boost Platform for an exciting workshop 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Monday, April 24 focused on identifying regional technology challenges and opportunities. This unique program is designed to foster innovation and create long-term economic development opportunities in the community.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to engage with experts from Sandia and the DOE to identify specific technology challenges facing the region. By collaborating with community leaders and innovators, participants can work together to develop solutions that can drive economic growth and support the development of technology-based startups.
The information gathered during this workshop will be used to inform community-based startups and identify additional opportunities for communities to engage with national laboratories. Join us for an interactive and informative workshop that promises to be a valuable experience for anyone interested in technology, innovation, and economic development.
The Alaska Regional Collaboration for Technology Innovation and Commercialization (ARCTIC) Program Community Innovation Network, which ACEP is a member of, is partnering with the DOE Boost Program to kick off conversations in Cordova, Valdez and Fairbanks.
Lunch will be provided by UAF Center for Innovation, Commercialization, and Entrepreneurship (ICE)
