Arctic Energy Forum 2024 in Iceland, Oct. 12-16
The Arctic Energy Forum 2024 will be held in Akureyri, Iceland, Oct. 14-16, prior to the Arctic Circle Assembly. A pre-conference education and policy tour is offered on Oct. 12-13.
The AEF 2024, featuring keynote speakers, panel discussions and breakout sessions, will review facts and discuss examples of best practices and solutions in energy and green transitions for sustainable Nordic, Arctic and global development. Emphasis will be on responsible energy use, especially renewable and green transition opportunities and solutions in smaller communities.
The AEF is hosted by Arctic Energy Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Iceland, in collaboration with Arctic Portal and ACEP, and supported by relevant leading Icelandic, U.S. and other international partners.
