ACEP in the Community of Tanana
ACEP Research Engineer Daisy Huang will travel to the village of Tanana on December 17th to collect data from a BTU meter installed previously on a wood-fired hydronic boiler that is being used to heat the local fire station. The meter was installed in fall, 2013 and will continue to monitor boiler performance throughout the coming winter. Daisy is collecting data to ensure readings are consistent. The Tanana boiler monitoring is part of a data collection program funded by Alaska Energy Authority (AEA).
