ACEP At Work – Pilgrim Hot Springs Geothermal Assessment Project Weekly Update

-14 inch casing that will be needed later in the drilling process was transported to site

-Well screen size was ordered for the appropriate water bearing intervals.

-All drilling and camp staff are back at camp and working their usual twelve hour shifts.

-While tripping out 2” pipe that was in place to enable easier temperature monitoring of the well, the bottom 11 joints of the pipe stripped out and fell down hole.  Drillers believe that the heat had effected torque on the 2" pipe joints.  Another fishing effort has been taking place this week to retrieve these sections.
