Register now for the 2014 Alaska Wood Energy Conference at www.uaf.edu/ces/nrcd/awec.  Space is filling up fast and time is running out! Registrations for the 2014 Wood Energy Conference will be accepted until the conference begins, but attendees are encouraged to register as soon as possible to secure a seat.

Some of our favorites will be speaking:

• ACEP Director, Gwen Holdmann, will give a keynote address on April 16^th - “The Future of Alaska’s Energy”

• ACEP Biomass Coordinator, Amanda Byrd, will moderate Session Four on April 16^th - “What Makes a Good Project from a Community Perspective”

• Cooperative Extension Service Energy Specialist, Art Nash, will moderate Session Eight on April 17^th – “Performance Analysis of Wood-burning Appliances”

• ACEP Assistant Professor of Energy, Daisy Huang, will give a presentation titled “How much Oil can Wood Displace? Putting Numbers to the Estimates under Different Feedstock Conditions”
