Brendan Babb Joins ACEP Team
Brendan Babb will be joining the ACEP team as a Research Technician starting March
10th, 2014. Brendan will be based out of ACEP’s Anchorage office and is helping to
develop ACEP’s Data Collection and Management program with Jason Meyer.
Brendan has a background in software development and computer programing. His experience
includes developing several quality software solutions for project tracking, Sarbanes-Oxley
audit analysis and preparation, and a Ruby on Rails student management system. His
broad experience also includes researching methods for improving Mars Rover image
compression, predictive analytics, civic innovation using open data, and other distinguished
accomplishments. In addition to his duties with ACEP in helping to process and analyze
large data sets, he is a research technician for Complex Systems at the University
of Alaska Anchorage.
