Alaska Energy Authority Interior Energy Updates

Speaker:  Gene Therriault, Deputy Director of Energy Policy, Alaska Energy Authority

Gene Therriault, Deputy Director of Energy Policy will discuss several Alaska Energy Authority’s (AEA)-led projects that will have direct impact on stable and affordable energy for the Interior such as the Interior Energy Project, Susitna-Watana Hydro, and the necessary upgrades to the Alaska Intertie. Gene will discuss AEA’s most recent work and the results Alaskans can expect to see in the coming years.

The Alaska Energy Authority is a Department within the State of Alaska. AEA’s mission is to reduce the cost of energy in Alaska.
