ACEP Researcher Attends AUVSI’s Unmanned Systems 2014 Conference

2014 AUVSI’s Unmanned Systems Conference

George Roe will travel to Orlando, Florida this week to attend AUVSI’s Unmanned Systems conference in support of the Alaska Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration (ACUASI) program.  George’s focus within ACUASI is on energy systems and on the identification of new business opportunities.  The event will include a wide range of technical presentations, component and system technology exhibits, and live demonstrations.  It draws government, industry, and academia participants from all over the world. 

After the conference, George plans to meet with researchers at the University of Southern Florida in Tampa Bay to learn more about their expertise in the areas of thermal energy management and to explore possible collaboration opportunities.
